Medicare’s fees for nearly 2,000 DME, orthotics, prosthetics, vision, parenteral/enteral nutrition and medical/surgical supplies. This data set provides you with all the fees for Medicare’s DMEPOS fee schedule by the specified state.

Data Elements: state, HCPCS code, HCPCS modifier, code description, fee schedule amount, minimum fee schedule amount (floor), maximum fee schedule amount (ceiling).
