The Historical Application Content Add-on provides easy access to historical medical coding descriptions, guidelines, Medicare information, and much more for all code set (CPT®, HCPCS, ICD-9, ICD-10-CM/-PCS) data going back eight previous quarters. This valuable add-on allows you to revert your online coding application back previous quarters so you can search and find content to help adjudicate older claims based on the past date of service.

- The “last 8 quarters” of content is a rolling 8 quarters and are snapshots of the coding content that was in effect for the quarter selected.
- Simply selecting a past quarter, reverts the entire application back in time, and all the content is as if you were working in that quarter.
