This data set allows you to see all the data included in the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Database. This file gives you the relative values and all of the Medicare payment indicators.

Data Elements: CPT® and HCPCS codes, Medicare modifiers, code description, Medicare status code, work RVU, practice expense RVUs, malpractice RVU, total non-facility RVU, total facility RVUs, professional/technical component indicator, global surgery days, and all the other Medicare Physician Fee Schedule modifiers, indicators, and calculation flags.
